Roses require at least half a day’s sunlight to grow well but ‘Australia Fair’ is a variety which prefers part shade. If there is no root competition from trees this variety is an option to use in shady location. Being a low grower it may grow larger but will still be a moderate height. It can grow in full sun but some fading may occur.
