Since early in the 1900’s roses have been developed here in Australia. Although few have become exceptionally popular they are part of our history and we will endeavour to place all in a collection for our future.
Most roses in this group come from the rose breeder Alister Clark who is our most successful hybridist. However other roses from several amateur breeders are included as they are also important.
The varieties listed are our most popular yet over 200 roses exist in our collection and can be propagated if there is any interest. A list can be sent for further details.
