MOSS

An interesting off-shoot from the Centifolia class where the sepals and flower-stems are thickly covered with soft bristles or downy glands resembling moss. This ‘moss’ is highly fragrant when touched or bruised. Blooms are very similar to Centifolias. Mostly spring flowering, some hybrids have a light autumn display.
